A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Bill Johnson. I’ve loved being a pastor, helping people as a psychotherapist, ministering to patients as a hospital chaplain, and serving as the director of a college counseling center.

About five years ago, I heard one story and one quote that changed everything for me. They opened my eyes to the truth about mental health and well-being — why I had struggled with depression throughout my life and the deeper reason behind why I had ever suffered — or ever would.

You could say I stumbled onto the simple secrets of God-designed innate mental health. And now I’m grateful — and honestly excited — to share what I’ve discovered with anyone who’s open to seeing it. I hope you might be one of them.
